We do not handle returns on products from any of the sites that we are linked to. For information on returning products to them, see their policies on their sites. If you need to return a product to us for any reason:

1)  E-mail us telling us what you want to return and why.

2)  We will e-mail you an RMA number (a Return Merchandise Authorization number) to put on the outside of your package.

3)  Send us the empty container or unused portion of the product, putting the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

We do not accept packages with insufficient postage.

5)  Upon receipt of your authorized return, we will promptly issue you a refund through PayPal. We will refund the purchase price of the product only; we do not reimburse shipping costs if they apply (FastHeal only). The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

6)  We will accept a single opened container of each individual product. We will accept additional returned containers of that same product if they are unopened.

7)  Exceptions to the above conditions may be granted at the discretion of 4uhealingproducts.com on a case-by-case basis.

8)  We do not accept returns on products if the 60-day guarantee has expired.

9)  If you do not contact us before returning a product and the package does not have an authorized RMA number thereon, the packages are discarded and are not returned to the customer.
